What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism
Manage reservations and guest inquiries
Provide light concierge assistance (special requests, directions, recommendations)
Support the front-of-house team with general administrative tasks
Help ensure every guest’s experience starts and ends with a smile

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and polished communication skills
Reliable and punctual team player
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
