Harbor Hyundai is expanding our Internet Sales Department and looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Internet Salesperson to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate exceptionally well, and enjoy helping customers find the right vehicleall while earning top-tier paythis is the opportunity for you.
Position: Internet Salesperson
Location: Harbor Hyundai Long Beach, CA Employment Type: Full-Time
What Youll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to all online leads via phone, text, and email
- Set and confirm appointments for in-store visits
- Assist customers with vehicle information, pricing, availability, and purchase options
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
- Follow up with unsold leads and past customers
- Update CRM notes with accuracy and detail
- Work closely with management to maximize closing ratios and monthly performance
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high lead volume
- CRM experience preferred (VinSolutions a plus)
- Automotive experience NOT requiredwe can train the right person
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
