Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Develop, customize, and enhance FICO APM applications according to business requirements and technical specifications. System Integration: Integrate APM solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and consistency. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of APM applications to ensure high availability and efficiency. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for APM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for APM solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals. Training: Train and mentor junior developers and end-users on the effective use of APM solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing FICO APM solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and Python. Experience with FICO APM tools and technologies. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
