Overview

Flextrades is hiring Surface Mount Tech Operators with 4+ years recent experience for a 3 month Travelling Contract to PENNSYLVANIA

Active IPC 610 Cert required - J Std. 001 and/or IPC 620 preferred

Project Specs:

Pay: $36/hr

Per diem: $45/day

Guaranteed 50-hour workweek (OT after 40)

Hotel accommodations and travel pay included

ITAR Docs required

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring a line of SMT (surface mount technology) equipment for the building of PCB/PCBAs

• Complete a checklist that verifies all the items before beginning

• Set up feeders, replacing feeders, loading new parts, loading stencils, and setting conveyor’s width.

• Perform final inspection of wire harnesses

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating SMT machines

• The ideal candidate will have active certs in both IPC 610 and J. Std. 001 or at least be familiar with J. Std. 001.

• Work collaboratively with Engineers, mgmt and Inspectors

• Soldering
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Basic Computer Skills
