Core4ce is seeking a skilled and mission-focusedCNO Developerto join our team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will support the development of mission‑critical offensive cyber capabilities and contribute to advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) initiatives. You will work alongside a highly technical team to build next‑generation solutions that support national security missions. Responsibilities: Design and develop new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. Perform design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems. Apply knowledge of networking and security concepts to support capability development. Communicate technical progress, project status, and risks to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure software quality and adherence to development standards. *This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth. Minimum Qualifications: Must possess a current and activeTS/SCI with Polygraph. One of the following education/experience combinations: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of technical work experience Master’s degree and 2+ years of technical work experience High school diploma and 8+ years of technical work experience Experience programming inPythonorC/C++. Experience with troubleshooting and debugging. Must be willing and able to obtain an additional polygraph prior to start, if required. Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications: Experience with networking protocols, includingTCP/IP, and socket-level programming. Experience developingCNO capabilities. Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms, such as: Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering. Experience using Atlassian tools, including: JIRA, Confluence, Crucible Understanding of assembly language programming concepts. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and software testing best practices. Why Work for Us?
