Production Supervisor

We are representing a globally recognized FORTUNE 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking multiple Production Supervisors due to newly awarded business. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, this role will be responsible for leading Plant Production and Manufacturing while working to implement world class processes in an effort to improve plant KPI's and deliverables. POSITION OVERVIEW Candidate will report to Senior Production Manager while managing a department of 20+ associates in a high speed manufacturing facility Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and department business plan goals Establish Production KPI's, and deliverables Direct and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues Provide key input into the development of the department strategic business plan and identify and track key measurables to support the department business plan goals POSITION REQUIREMENTS Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of leadership experience Candidate should have excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate issues as they arise #J-18808-Ljbffr CapstoneONE Search
