We are looking for a licensed and certified home inspector to join our growing team! You’ll inspect our clients’ properties, flag any damage for repairs, and compile your findings into a detailed report. $50,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Go through residential homes top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made
• Keep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informed
• Schedule inspections with property owner to ensure full access to the property
• Provide a description of suggested repairs, along with a range of potential costs associated with those repairs
• Compile and organize inspection results into a report that will give all parties a clear understanding of any potential issues that were identified

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, ensuring every detail is meticulously examined.
• Identify and document any structural issues, safety hazards, or necessary repairs, providing clear and actionable insights.
• Compile comprehensive inspection reports that are easy to understand, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Communicate findings effectively with clients, offering guidance and answering any questions they may have.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and local regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions.
• Manage your schedule efficiently, ensuring timely inspections and report deliveries for clients' convenience.

• Well-acquainted with basic computer programs and email applications
• ASHI certified and licensed as required by the state
• Has no problem with heights or confined spaces; able to evaluate roofs, crawl spaces, and attics
• Strong multitasking skills and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills are a must

• Up-to-date licensing is required by the state.
