Breast Imager/Generalist Radiologist

Radiology Associates of the Fox Valley, S.C. is seeking a Breast Imager/Generalist to join their innovative team in Neenah, WI. This role offers significant flexibility with full-time or part-time options, uncapped earning potential, and up to 17 weeks off, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. The practice emphasizes a subspecialized focus on women's imaging and interventions, supported by a collaborative network and 24/7 clinical operations.

Practice Info

• Subspecialized focus on women's imaging and interventions
• No hospital or night call
• External support for 2nd & 3rd shift, with additional weekend support planned
• Moving to a fully subspecialized practice
• 24/7 clinical operations support and instant access to referring clinicians built into internal workflow

Compensation

• Salary Range: $525,000 to $700,000 / Year
• $3K per 8-hour shift, which typically runs 8 am - 4 pm CST
• Uncapped financial growth with bonuses for elective diagnostic reads, physician referrals, etc.
• $100k Commencement bonus for full-time candidates
• Relocation assistance as needed
• Uncapped earning potential with additional elective diagnostic reads, which can be done during the day or remotely during off hours without a shift commitment
• Partners share in passive income, which is available to shareholders

Requirements

• Fellowship trained, working toward fellowship, or additional training within women's and breast imaging (Required)
• Comfortable with tomosynthesis mammography, ultrasound, MRI and the full breadth of interventional procedures in women's imaging (Required)
• BC/BE, with MQSA certification or eligibility (Required)
• Eligible for and able to obtain licensure in Wisconsin prior to start date (Required)
• Current WI license (Preferred)
