Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (12-hour Nights, 1900–0700). Every other weekend required.
• Contract Length: Travel contract (Target Start Date: October 5, 2026).
• Auto-Offer & RTO Rules: Auto-offer position. Maximum 1 RTO request permitted, which must be presented at submission and noted in confirmation.
• Distance & Separation Rules: 50-mile local radius rule (locals generally not accepted except with special approval at a lower rate). Former permanent employees require a 1-year separation; travelers reaching 1 year require a 90-day break before returning.

Key Facility Policies & Floating Rules

• Floating Mandate: Clinicians float in rotation with facility staff to the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) as needed within clinical scope.
• Unit Scope & Ratios: Patient ratio is 1:2 . Patient population includes Trauma, Cardiovascular, Stroke, and Neuro cases. Charting via Epic is required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Preferred 3 years of experience , though candidates with 2+ years of strong ICU experience will be reviewed. No first-time travelers accepted.
• Licensure: Active Maryland (MD) RN license or multi-state compact license (pending MD license accepted).
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required at submittal.
