Job Title: Senior Global HRIS Integration Architect
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Global HRIS Integration Architect to own the end-to-end data flow between our core HR platform and our global payroll/time management ecosystem. You will serve as the technical lead for designing, developing, and maintaining high-scale integration solutions that ensure our global workforce data remains synchronized, secure, and compliant.
This is a senior-level role for a consultant-minded professional who can bridge the gap between technical data models and business-level process requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for external payroll vendors, ensuring that our technical specifications, SLA expectations, and data transformation logic are executed to the highest standards. If you have a passion for "perfect data" and want to drive integration strategy across a global footprint, this is your ideal role. Key Responsibilities
Integration Lifecycle Ownership
• End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of integration solutions-from requirement gathering and data mapping to functional design, testing, and production deployment.
• Architecture Design: Translate complex global business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Own both pre-packaged integration configurations and custom interface development.
• Vendor Brokerage: Act as the primary technical lead with third-party global payroll and time-management vendors. Define data requirements, error-handling protocols, and performance benchmarks to ensure vendor deliverables meet our technical standards. Technical & Process Governance
• Data Integrity: Perform complex data mapping, transformation, and validation between core HR systems and downstream finance/payroll/time-tracking applications.
• Documentation & Standards: Maintain the "source of truth" for all integration specifications, including flow diagrams, functional design documents, and error-handling logs.
• Continuous Optimization: Partner with HR module leads to identify system enhancements, process bottlenecks, and opportunities to leverage emerging integration technologies to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of six to nine (6-9) years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a deep focus on Global Payroll integration.
• Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, Payroll replication, and integration best practices.
• Integration Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., SAP CPI or similar cloud-based integration tools).
• Communication: Exceptional ability to influence internal and external partners. You must be comfortable explaining technical "hiccups" to non-technical stakeholders and negotiating timelines with vendors. Preferred Attributes
• Hands-on experience managing integrations with diverse third-party global payroll or time-tracking platforms.
• A "consultant's mindset"-the flexibility to learn new modules, adapt to rapidly changing global requirements, and troubleshoot defects under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing a complex web of stakeholders across multiple time zones and business units. Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here:
