Robert Pico Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Producer to join our growing team. This role is designed for professionals who already have an established network and a track record of generating business through relationships. In this position, you will build and grow a referral-based book of business by leveraging existing connections and developing strategic partnerships within your community. You should be comfortable identifying and engaging contacts such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, business owners, and other referral sources to generate consistent opportunities.

We operate in a structured, performance-driven environment where expectations are clear and results are measurable. With dedicated support for quoting and service, you are expected to take full ownership of your pipeline, activity, and production.

Our agency is built on accountability, consistency, and a long-term approach to client relationships. This role is best suited for individuals who are self-directed, disciplined, and motivated to build a sustainable book of business rather than chase short-term wins.

• Base Salary of $38,500, First-year earnings of $50,000 to $70,000, with top performers earning $100,000+

• Build and grow a referral-based book of business
• Leverage your existing network to generate new opportunities
• Develop partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, business owners, CPAs, and other referral sources
• Meet with clients and present tailored insurance solutions
• Build long-term, relationship-driven client connections
• Collaborate with a support team for quoting and servicing
• Manage and grow your pipeline through consistent relationship engagement

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred (licensing support available for qualified candidates)
• Established local network and strong community connections
• Sales or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to generate business through referrals and partnerships
