Hourly Wage Estimate: $39.00 - $57.00 / hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical wage range of candidates hired. Introduction As a Registered Nurse in the HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge Float Pool, you will receive the staffing support, technology, and resources needed to deliver safe, high‑quality care. You will focus on patient monitoring, communication, and ongoing clinical education to improve your skills. Job Summary and Qualifications This position supports HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge’s mission to deliver safe, quality, evidence‑based patient care compliant with policies and guidelines. The RN must demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in the care of patients, including specialized skills for each service area, and rotate as needed to other areas while performing duties for which they are competent. Responsibilities Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process—assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment—for the identified patient population as per the Colorado Nurse Practice Act. Document patient care administered and promote interdisciplinary communication and care. Provide care based on age, physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs of the individual patient. Demonstrate basic and unit‑specific competencies. Qualifications Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado, or multistate license. Diploma from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. Current AHA or ARCBCL and AHA or ARCACLS certification for all Float Pool RNs. Additional certifications required based on specialty unit served.
