We are currently seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to contribute to the daily operations of the Pueblo steel mill. The position initially involves a 3-month contract with the potential for permanent placement.

- Competitive hourly wage: $25 - $30per hour
- Employer-paid benefits (TPD) and sick time accrual after 90 days

- Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to identify and fill recruitment needs effectively.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment logistics, from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to onboarding and orientation.
- Oversee HR administration, including record-keeping, time tracking, and compliance tasks.
- Assist with managing uniform and supply needs for new hires.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally with an industrial or manufacturing background (not required but preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
