PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant
Los Altos Post-Acute
Part-Time Healthcare Position
This is a 13-week contract position with 36 hours guaranteed to start as soon as possible.
The shift for this position varies, providing flexibility to meet both personal and professional commitments.
The position involves providing essential healthcare services within a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to patient care ensuring comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Relevant healthcare experience preferred
- Current licensure or certification as required for the position
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required
