We're Hiring Sales Associates!
Bring your energy to the Beach! We're growing and gearing up for a busy season-and we're looking for energetic, outgoing people who love people, love sales, and love to WIN!
If you're confident, motivated, and excited by the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions , this could be the perfect fit. At Beaches, you'll connect with guests, recommend products and services, build memberships, drive sales, and help people look and feel their best-all while having fun doing it!

What You'll Do- Build relationships with guests and create an exceptional experience
- Drive memberships, upgrades, and product and service sales
- Earn base hourly pay + uncapped commissions by hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs
- Deliver high-energy, engaging guest service
- Work as a team to crush daily and monthly goals
- Keep your store clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Learn, grow, and develop your sales skills
- Love working with people and building relationships
- Are outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident
