No problem —bring your drive to learn, and we'll provide the training and support you need to thrive!

Please Note: ALL positions will transition to a permanent Night Shift schedule upon contract completion with Ōnin and hiring by our partner.

As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Worker, you'll be part of a team that keeps production moving by:

Handling raw materials and finished goods manually
Loading, unloading, and positioning reels of cable or wire
Threading wire through machines using eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills
Operating or assisting with machinery in respooling, packaging, or Compak operations
Performing visual inspections and quality checks
Packing products by hand and preparing them for shipment
Completing production reports and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
Expect physical, hands-on work where attention to detail and initiative make all the difference.

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 4-days-on/4-days-off rotating schedule (including holidays, weekends, & overtime)
No experience required—just a desire to learn and grow with a forward-thinking company
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
An eye for detail and color accuracy for product inspection
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching throughout a 12-hour shift

You'll Stand Out if You Have:

Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on skills
Manufacturing, Production, Packaging, Machine Operator, or Restaurant experience is a plus
