Field Service TechnicianWe're partnering with a specialized utility services company to hire full-time Field Service Technicians supporting projects in Moorhead. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and not being stuck behind a desk, this role is a great fit. You'll play a key role in upgrading essential water infrastructure while working directly in local communities.What You'll be Doing:Replace and install residential water meters efficiently and safelyAccurately read and document meter dataManage daily routes and complete scheduled service appointmentsHandle and transport equipment and materials at the start and end of each dayWork in a variety of environments (indoors, outdoors, all weather conditions)Interact professionally with homeowners and respect private propertyFollow safety procedures and company processes at all timesWho We're Looking For:Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independentlySomeone that enjoys hands-on work, ideally experienced with hand toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processesPhysically capable of walking, bending, climbing, and working in varying conditionsCustomer-friendly with good communication skillsValid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance requiredAbility to pass a background checkWhat Our Client Offers:Starting pay around $23/hourPaid, hands-on training (no prior experience required)Tools, equipment, and daily routes providedConsistent full-time schedule with weekday travelOpportunity to build skills in utility and field service workIndependent work environment with clear daily goalsMonday - Thursday schedule
