Behavior Technician with Paid RBT Certification We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1-6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic-based setting. The role involves working directly with children, supporting them to build critical life skills through a play-based ReggioABA™ approach, under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is a physically and emotionally active role requiring on-the-floor interaction with children, helping with communication, potty training, and emotion regulation. Attendance and punctuality are essential from the first day of training through daily clinic work. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1-6 in a clinic-based setting Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally and respectfully with families Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through our ReggioABA™ approach Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions to build your skills What We're Looking For (Qualifications and Skills) Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn, apply feedback, and grow within the role Reliable and punctual—able to consistently attend training and scheduled shifts Physically and emotionally able to support children with challenging behaviors (including occasional aggression such as hitting or biting) Flexible and collaborative, with a mission-driven mindset Must not have immediate family members currently receiving therapy at our clinics Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance at assigned clinic RBT Certification required within first 90 days (training provided) and raise upon certification Base Pay and Schedule Base pay range: $37,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr Entry-Level Behavior Technician (BT): $18.00/hour (starting Day 1 of training) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $20.00/hour (once certified, typically within 4-6 weeks) Leadership Roles (growth opportunity): Up to $22.00/hour Merit Raises: $0.50 every six months with continuous and satisfactory employment Schedule Full-time | Monday-Friday | 7:40 AM - 3:55 PM Benefits Health Insurance – 60% covered from day one; 100% after one year Dental & Vision – Low-cost options with or without medical coverage Career Growth – Opportunities to grow into leadership and administrative roles Merit Raises – Every 6 months with continuous, satisfactory performance Bonusly Rewards – Earn and give recognition points that convert to cash PTO – Paid Time Off Tution Reimbursement – Support for continued education in ABA Locations Missouri: Ballwin, St. Peters, Florissant, Mehlville, Wright City About the Organization We’re a mission-driven center dedicated to providing quality ABA therapy with a supportive, collaborative culture.
