Urology Opportunity in Rock Springs, WY (No State Income Tax)

Join a rapidly growing practice designed to meet overwhelming regional patient demand. Step into a turnkey practice with dedicated OR block time, top-tier surgical technology, and zero state income tax, allowing you to keep significantly more of what you earn.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Balanced 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 10-hour shifts) with 1 dedicated surgery day and built-in daily admin time.
• Technology & Equipment: Full suite including Da Vinci XI Robotics , MOSES Laser , and advanced urodynamics.
• Practice Setup: Perform a broad scope of robotic, laparoscopic, and general urology procedures with full autonomy to focus on your subspecialty interests.
• Manageable Call: 10 days/month (1:3 rotation). Weekend call is infrequent with very light inpatient volume.
• Open To: Board Certified / Board Eligible Urologists. New graduates and experienced surgeons are equally welcome.

Compensation & Financial Package

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $600,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $90,000
• Relocation Allowance: $10,000
• Retirement: 401(k) with 7% match
• Time Off: 6 weeks PTO
• Additional Benefits: Full health coverage, CME allowance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage included .
• Tax Advantage: Wyoming has NO State Income Tax.
