THE ROLE

Reporting to theSenior Manager ofCyberSecurity Architecture,youwill join a global, dedicated, multidisciplinaryteamof passionatecybersecurity professionals.

This role collaborates closely withIT teams,Security Engineering,Security Operations, GRC, andother business unitsto ensure security configurations are aligned withoursecurity standards,governance requirements,andindustrybest practices.

This role secures globally distributed cloudandon-premisesenvironments supporting high-volume consumer platforms,live event infrastructure, and enterprise systems across multiple regions and business units.

This highly technical role requires deep expertise across IT infrastructure, application, cloud, and security domains to ensure the organization’sapplicationsand platforms are securely designedand configured.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Collaborate with the Third‑Party Risk Management teamand the businessto evaluate new applications and services,assesssecuritycontrols,andensurealignment with enterprise security requirements.

• Collaborate with IT teams to enforcesecuritystandards that enable securetechnologysolutions.
• Review AI platforms and Model Context Protocol (MCP) systems, providing guidance on security, integration, and governance considerations.

• Providesecurity guidance with a holistic view of howsecurity configuration changesimpactSecurity Operations, GRC compliance requirements, and Security Engineering workflows and tooling.

• Evaluate proposed application and platform configuration changes from business andSecurityEngineering teams, analyze their impact on the security posture and architectural standards, and make recommendations.

• Supportcross-functional adoption of security controls for IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, including reference architectures and guardrails.

• Delivere securityguidance related tocreating and deployingnetwork security controls such asfirewallaccess control lists (ACLs).

• Assess changes in the external threat landscape using threat intelligence and collaborate with technology teams to guide the implementation ofappropriate defensivecontrols.

• Assistin developingenterprise security standards aligned to industry frameworks (e.g.CIS Critical Security Controls), and partner with the business to ensure controls are clearly understood and effectively applied across technologies and use cases.

• Assistwith evaluatingsecurity tools to ensure they meet business needs, security requirements, and architectural standards.

• Familiarity with applying security control frameworks, such as CIS Critical Security Controls or NIST SP 800-53, to architecture reviews and standards.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - REQUIRED

• 6+ years ofcombinedhands-onexperience inat least 2 ofthefollowing areas:

• Windows,Linux/Unix serverengineering

• Cloudengineering, preferably AWS

• Configuration ofsecuritytooling such as EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, SIEM,PAM, CSPM, DLP

• Experience in security architecture,securityengineeringor similar discipline

• Technicalknowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, CIDR Ranges, Proxies,firewalls, and loadbalancers

• Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time zones

• Must be available for infrequent international and domestic travel

• Must be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical professionals

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - DESIRED

• Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g.VMware, Docker)

• Experience developing scripts to automate manual tasks (Python preferred)

• Working knowledge of software development standards and SDLC concepts

• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, Security+ or similar

The expected compensation for this position is:

$128,000.00 USD - $160,000.00 USD
