Hardware Engineer

Location - Cleveland, Ohio or Mayfield Heights and Decatur, GA (Onsite) Position - Fulltime

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware design, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits, components, and design principles.
• Proficiency in EMI/EMC analysis and testing techniques to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
• Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools for circuit analysis and validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and implement effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing high-quality, reliable, and efficient designs.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to hardware design and EMI/EMC compliance.
