No nights, weekends, or holidaysBeautiful outpatient centers - 18 locations across GA & AL, with excellent benefitsBenefits start day 61 : Health, dental, vision, PTO | 401k after 6 monthsWhat you'll do:Welcome patients warmly and check them in with careVerify insurance + ID, help patients with digital/paper intake formsAnswer phones, schedule/reschedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visitsManage provider schedules and communicate any changes to the clinical teamBecome our Infinitt scheduling software expert + use Excel/SharePoint for daily productivity trackingScan, file, and keep records organized and HIPAA-compliantKeep our waiting room calm, clean, and welcomingProvide basic patient education when neededWhat you bring:Required : 1+ year medical office experienceProficient in Microsoft Office : Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, WordExceptional attention to detail, time management, and conflict resolution skillsCustomer service mindset — on-the-job training or certificate a plusAble to sit at a computer for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and occasionally travel to other WIS sitesHigh school diploma or equivalent; medical admin certification a plusType : Full-time, In-personSchedule : Monday-Friday, daytime hoursLocation : Foley, ALReady to help women feel cared for from the moment they walk in?
