Area Dental Services, LLC is a rapidly expanding practice (growing from 3 to 7 operatories) located on a high-visibility main street with over 25K daily traffic. We are looking for a compassionate, clinically efficient General Dentist to join our close-knit, team-oriented culture. With the owner actively looking to reduce their clinical load, you will be handed a full schedule of new patients from day one. Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality "bread-and-butter" dentistry, including restorative, crown and bridge, and prosthetics.
Patient-Centered Care: Conduct thorough exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning with a focus on building long-term trust and loyalty.
Team Collaboration: Work within a supportive, collaborative environment alongside a dedicated clinical and administrative team.
Advanced Technology: Utilize modern tools including CBCT, digital mobile X-rays, and an on-site dental lab to deliver efficient care.

full-time $240,000 - $360,000 per year

Uncapped Earnings: Compensation based on 30% of production with an expected earning range of $240K–$360K+.
A strong $900/day guarantee to ensure peace of mind as you integrate.

Standard Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
