Minimum Driver Requirements- Valid CDL A license
- 2+ years Regional or OTR experience
- Top-tier pay with real incentives. Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with 60CPM base pay plus up to 4CPM in performance incentives and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.
- Loyalty pay that starts immediately. Earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay , accruing from day one-rewarding consistency and commitment, not just miles.
- Extra pay for the work you do. Get paid for the details with $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay, so your effort doesn't go unpaid.
- Regional and OTR routes available. Get home every 2-3 weeks, depending on location and route.
- Paid orientation, start with confidence. Earn $1,250 in orientation pay , so you're paid from the very start.
- Insurance that has your back. 100% company-paid medical premiums, plus company-paid life and passenger insurance.
- Retirement made simple. 401(k) with a 4% company match to help you build for the future.
- More money in your pocket. No-fee per diem program helps maximize your take-home pay.
- Bring someone along. Rider policy available for qualifying drivers.
- Late-model equipment. Kenworth T680s with manual 10-speed transmissions for drivers who prefer full control on the road.
