Als Sales Consultant krijg jij de ruimte om je eigen business op te bouwen binnen IT / Data Staffing. Heb je nog geen ervaring met deze vakgebieden? Geen probleem, dit wordt je aangeleerd. Wat we wél van je vragen: commerciële gedrevenheid, ownership en het vermogen om klant en kandidaat aan elkaar te verbinden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces: van new business development tot klantbeheer, van kandidaatgesprekken tot het sluiten van de deal. Maar wees gerust; op het gebied van sourcing wordt je ontzorgd zodat jij je kunt bezig houden met de leuke aspecten van het werk; menselijk contact en deals sluiten! Je bent in gesprek met beslissers en schakelt direct met IT- en dataprofessionals. Jij bent de schakel. Je fungeert als een makelaar op de arbeidsmarkt, iemand die weet wat een goede match waard is. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar wel in een team van ambitieuze collega’s die elkaar verder brengen. Samen wordt er gewerkt aan eindeloze groei.
