You will contribute to a fun, fast growing team while making an excellent reputation within the Pinks territory among its customers. Leads are responsible for everything from start to finish. Each week the leads will need to look ahead at their jobs and make sure they have the materials necessary and are aware of what they are walking into. They communicate with customers about timelines, sending alerts before arriving. Leads ensure clear communication by discussing job details upon arrival. Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment. Cleaning and scrubbing tracks. Power washing brick, siding and concrete. Gutter Cleaning. Leads primarily handle maintenance plans but also handle first‑time residential jobs. Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client's needs and delivering a quality project. Help problem‑solve if problems arise on any project. Generate schedules and plans of operation for projects. Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers. Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made. During the job, Leads oversee and delegate responsibilities. They coordinate with their technician, directing tasks like window cleaning. Leads ensure smooth and efficient job progress, preventing bottlenecks. Leads handle the job's closeout, including customer interaction. They walk through the completed job with the customer. They discuss what went well and any areas that may not have met standards. Leads handle payment forms and gently mention the importance of reviews. The Lead takes ownership of the entire job, including any imperfections. They acknowledge that any tech issues trace back to their delegation or communication. The Lead bears the ultimate responsibility for job success and customer satisfaction. Effective communication and oversight are key to the Lead's role. Leads strive to ensure customers are satisfied and willing to leave positive reviews. The Lead's role is pivotal in maintaining quality and customer relationships. In summary, the Lead plays a central role in coordinating and overseeing job processes, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Their accountability and communication skills are crucial to our success. Qualifications Ability to qualify a customer and provide estimates according to the customer's needs. Ability to learn and work independently in a fun fast‑paced environment. Self‑motivated. Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Detail‑oriented, dependable, and reliable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs. Experience is not necessary, however, 2 years of customer care, sales or estimating experience is a plus.
