Summary The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales and customer engagement. This role represents the brand's customer experience standards and contributes to an inclusive, collaborative store environment. Responsibilities Drive sales goals by putting customers at the center of decisions and engaging in client development. Support company initiatives, team training, and the use of digital shopping tools and alternative purchasing options. Maintain sales floor and store standards while sharing customer and product feedback with management. Build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
