Role Overview The Claim Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for existing claimants, helping guide them through the claims process while delivering a high level of service. This position is responsible for verifying claim information, gathering additional details, and addressing client inquiries via phone, email, web, and live chat with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Provide best-in-class service, ensuring each claimant feels supported and heard Data Accuracy: Confirm and verify claim details while collecting additional relevant information with precision Service Excellence: Approach every interaction with strong attention to detail and urgency Process Guidance: Clearly communicate next steps and transition cases to Claim Investigators, including paralegals and attorneys Candidate Requirements Core Qualifications Proven customer service experience with a strong client-first mindset Professional, clear, and courteous communication skills (phone and written) Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff Adaptable and flexible in a high-volume, dynamic setting High emotional intelligence, including empathy and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Law firm or legal industry experience (a plus) Background in insurance, healthcare, or medical administration (a plus) Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), VoIP, and e-signature platforms College degree (preferred, not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
