This role sits within the Financial Operations job family, which supports transactional commission payments, partner payment operations, and the resolution of financial transaction and system issues across teams and lines of business.Make an ImpactAs a Senior Financial Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring our B2B partner commission payment operations run smoothly, accurately, and at scale. You will work across internal teams and external partners to resolve complex payment issues, improve operational processes, and strengthen financial controls in support of a fast-moving global business.In this role, you will:Manage and optimize day-to-day B2B finance operations activities related to partner payments and transaction processingInvestigate and resolve complex payment, reconciliation, and settlement issues across systems, teams, and external partnersAnalyze operational and financial data to identify trends, root causes, control gaps, and improvement opportunitiesPartner with stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Partner Operations, Product, Technology, and commercial teams to improve processes and reduce friction in the partner payment experienceSupport escalations, reporting, and operational controls to help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial transactionsContribute to process documentation, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve scale, quality, and partner experienceExperience and qualifications:You have 5+ years of experience in finance operations or accountingYou have experience working with high-volume transactional processes, journal entries, reconciliations, exception management, and issue resolutionYou have experience with general ledger accounting and SOX complianceYou have strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to investigate issues, identify patterns, and recommend practical solutionsYou communicate clearly and effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners, including when managing escalationsYou are highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentYou have experience improving operational processes, strengthening controls, and helping teams work more efficientlyYou have a bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or FinancePreferred qualifications:Prior Public Accounting experienceYou have experience supporting B2B partner payment operations in a travel, marketplace, ecommerce, or global payments environmentYou have experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, or large transactional datasetsYou are comfortable working across global teams and navigating ambiguity while maintaining strong judgment and accountabilityYou have experience participating in cross-functional projects involving operational change, systems enhancement, or automationWhat makes this opportunity excitingThis role offers the chance to work at the intersection of finance operations, partner experience, and global travel commerce. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $122,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
