Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.**Scope of Work*** Performs work under close supervision, following established procedures and direction.* Relies on instructions and pre‐established guidelines to carry out daily responsibilities.* Develops a working knowledge of company products, services, and business systems used to perform job functions.**Key Responsibilities*** Serves as the first point of contact for callers, providing courteous, efficient, and accurate assistance.* Demonstrates our Customer Care philosophy by putting the caller first in every interaction.* Maintains strong dependability and accountability in daily responsibilities.* Supports teammates by stepping in when needed and contributing to a positive team environment.* Follows established workflows and procedures within a highly structured environment.* Upholds professional, caring communication at all times.* Maintains consistent and reliable attendance to ensure adequate coverage and service levels.* Participates in rotating support for the Receptionist function, providing coverage as scheduled to ensure seamless front‐desk operations.**Qualifications*** High School diploma or equivalent required.* 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high‐volume service environment.* Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.* Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.* Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs.* A positive attitude and a caring, customer‐first mindset.* Dependability, accountability, and a strong commitment to attendance.**#LI-Hybrid****Great American ’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships.
