Through the collective expertise of our nearly 26,000 employees, we operate a world-class network of production, distribution, and ag retail facilities We efficiently serve growers' needs and strive to provide a more profitable, sustainable, and secure future for all stakeholders.Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.What You'll DoFormulate and blend batches using computerized HMI/PLC system as well as manual blends Follow production tickets to mix and react raw materials resulting in finished products Comply with plant policies and safety procedures Assist in formulation of each batch of product Maintain a safe and clean work area Ensure there are no unlabeled containers in work area of any type Cleaning Assist all plant personnel in seeking ways to eliminate waste and inefficiency throughout plant Assist formulator in monitoring inventory Other duties as requiredWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent Physically and medically capable of wearing a respirator Mechanical aptitude Ability to work with and understand computerized control screens Ability to multitask/formulate across multiple vessels and reactions Ability to read, write and understand the English language Ability to lift 50lbs frequently during entire shift Ability to handle 500lbs drums occasionally Good manual dexterity and good vision & hearing Ability to stoop & bend frequently Ability to move & be in a stationary position during entire shiftNutrien is an equal opportunity employer.
