Diamond Property Masters Lighting installs permanent exterior LED lighting on residential homes. We're expanding into the Dallas–Fort Worth market and building a roster of experienced installers to take jobs as they book
Pay structure
$4–$5 per linear foot of lighting installed
Paid biweekly for all completed jobs
A typical residential job is 100–400 linear feet, most completed in one to two days.
What you earn per month comes down to how many jobs you take
There's no monthly minimum — you're paid on completed work.
Responsibilities
- Install permanent LED track lighting on soffits, fascia, and rooftops
- Work safely at heights on ladders and roofs
- Deliver clean, professional installs
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Visit the job site before installing to confirm aluminum color and track type
- Troubleshoot and repair existing installs on service calls
Requirements
- Prior exterior installation experience (lighting, gutters, siding, or similar)
- Comfortable working at heights; able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Registered as an independent contractor, or willing to register
Standard installation tools — ladders, drills, hand tools. If you're missing something, mention it to us, and we can discuss.
