This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a professional and responsive office environment. It offers the opportunity to directly contribute to operational continuity, financial processes, and resident satisfaction.You will collaborate closely with the Community Property Manager, residents, vendors, and the onsite maintenance team, ensuring that service requests, move-ins, and financial tasks are handled efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Glendale, AZ - FUZE Ballpark.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working with people, is highly detail-oriented, and can confidently step into leadership responsibilities when needed.What You’ll DoSupports daily operations by maintaining efficient office workflows and addressing resident needsResponds to resident inquiries and concerns with urgency and professionalismProcesses rent payments, issues late notices, and supports rent collection proceduresAssists with leasing and renewal processes by preparing documents and coordinating toursCoordinates move-ins and move-outs, including unit inspections and readiness checksSubmits and tracks invoices and supports budget adherence and financial documentationCommunicates with vendors, processes service requests, and ensures timely work order completionActs as on-site lead in the absence of the Community Property ManagerMaintains accurate and compliant resident files and ledgersPromotes healthy and safe work practices in accordance with regulatory and company policiesWho You Are2–5 years of experience in property management, leasing, or administrative roles in residential settingsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in property management or business preferredWorking knowledge of property operations, leasing practices, and Fair Housing lawsProficient in Microsoft Excel and property management systems such as YardiStrong organizational and administrative abilities with high attention to detailEffective communicator with excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsCapable of assuming leadership duties during manager absencesCAM or CALP certification is a plusAuthorized to work in the U.S.What You’ll GetZekelman Industries offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including low-cost, high-quality medical and dental benefits.
