RBT certification is preferred but not required. We will support you through the process, including competency assessments and a 40‑hour training program. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check. Certification Requirements Update: If your RBT certification under the 2nd Edition was not completed by December 31, 2025, you will need to transition to the BACB 3rd Edition standards, including completion of the updated 40‑hour training program.
