Our team includes welders with diverse backgrounds and experience levels, and we're committed to ensuring everyone has the training, tools, and PPE they need to do their best work.ResponsibilitiesWork from work orders, schedules, and verbal instructionsLayout, assemble, and build products to specificationApply knowledge of filler metal selection for various steel alloys, aluminum, and select exotic metalsPerform GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW welding processesRead and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbolsCommunicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisorsWeld in multiple positions across a range of metal typesCollaborate well with others, welcoming direction, coaching, and feedbackParticipate in cross-training opportunities to broaden your skill setSupport other operations as needed to maintain workflow, schedules, and quality standardsKeep work areas clean and organized, and follow all safety protocolsTake on other related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentWelding certification and/or 3+ years of welding experience (candidates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to train are encouraged to apply)Ability to work an early shift starting at 5:00 AM, with occasional overtimeStrong attention to detail; comfortable working both independently and as part of a teamWhat We OfferCompetitive payComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous paid time off and vacation401(k) with employer matchTuition reimbursement and professional developmentHands-on mentorship and structured cross-trainingProperly fitted PPE and safety gear for all team membersCompany-sponsored social events and team-building activitiesEqual Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
