Compensation Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour . Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Overview Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise from receiving to the sales floor and maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide assistance on the sales floor. Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and wants. Move incoming merchandise from receiving to the sales floor. Maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order and cleanliness. Assist in merchandising and inventory management as needed.
