Job-ID29391405Reference26-27395Description: Remote - Must be able to CST / EST As a Corporate Recruiter at CLIENT, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and business support roles. Partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders, you will develop recruiting strategies, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Recruit for corporate functions including HR, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Legal, Administrative, and other professional roles. Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting channels. Manage candidate communications, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and hiring activities. Provide market insights and talent recommendations to hiring leaders. Maintain accurate recruiting data in the ATS and ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process. Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience. Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, professional services, consulting, financial services, insurance, or similar environment. Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate and business support functions. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft 365, and recruiting technologies; Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience is a plus. Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, efficiency, and candidate engagement. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
