Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Mexico physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Current clinical experience treating adults with mobility, balance, and functional deficits preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restorative programs and documentation in long-term care settings preferred.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and equipment commonly used in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
• Candidate may be required to float to other local facilities as needed.
