The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. \nKey Responsibilities\n
\n
\nProvide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence\n
\n
\nConduct routine wellness exams, physicals, and developmental screenings\n
\n
\nDiagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic pediatric conditions\n
\n
\nAdminister and manage immunizations in accordance with state and federal guidelines\n
\n
\nMonitor growth and development milestones and provide anticipatory guidance to families\n
\n
\nEducate parents and caregivers on nutrition, safety, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyles\n
\n
\nMaintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)\n
\n
\nCollaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals as needed\n
\n
\nEnsure compliance with HIPAA, clinical protocols, and quality standards\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\nMD or DO from an accredited medical school\n
\n
\nCompletion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program\n
\n
\nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics\n
\n
\nActive (or eligible) Florida Medical License\n
\n
\nDEA certification (or ability to obtain)\n
\n
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n
\n
\nCommitment to delivering compassionate, family-centered care\n
\n
\nPreferred Qualifications\n
\n
\nPrior outpatient pediatric experience\n
\n
\nExperience working with diverse patient populations\n
\n
\nBilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required)\n
