Job Opportunity: Certified Respiratory Therapist
Our organization is looking for a Certified Respiratory Therapist to deliver exceptional respiratory care to a variety of patient groups in El Paso, TX. This position is based in a hospital setting and involves a range of critical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, plan, and implement respiratory therapy treatments.
- Manage ventilators and conduct diagnostic assessments.
- Respond effectively to respiratory emergencies in the ICU, ER, and acute care units.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to create comprehensive care plans.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding respiratory health.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
This role will require working in various hospital departments, including intensive care and emergency units, where quick decision-making and adaptability are essential.
