The Role Based in New York reporting to the Global CEO, the position of Business Strategy Manager, will partner with the Global CEO to identify key business challenges, support in formulating detailed strategic responses that enable complex business transformation. Key Responsibilities and Duties Partner with the Global CEO to visualize and execute the business strategy for commercial growth and development. Work closely with the Global CEO to understand and review the business operations at the Brand Headquarters. Develop and deliver strategies that drive a process oriented approach, enabling new ways of working across the organization. Partner with department leaders to strengthen customer engagement mission. Create structure to ambiguity, building, and driving rigorous frameworks to solve complex problems that enhance customer experience. Operate with a sense of urgency while navigating multiple workstreams. Troubleshoot key business challenges as communicated by the Global CEO to formulate detailed strategic responses that enable complex business transformation. Support the Global CEO in developing and communicating the company's vision and values to employees, partners, and stakeholders. Support the collection, analysis, and consolidation of business data to prepare accurate and insightful executive management reports, leveraging strong business acumen. Key skills and experience 5-8 years of management consulting experience, ideally in the retail and apparel industry. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. MBA preferred but not required. Experience of supporting with program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Demonstrable ability to think strategically with proven research and analytic abilities, and working knowledge of consulting frameworks. Proven written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to frame ideas that capture the “big picture” message and structuring of output logically. Strong degree of initiative; roll-up your sleeves-type person who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. Ability to structure, analyze, syndicate and synthesize recommendations for highly complex issues. Detail oriented, self-starter with an intellectual curiosity and teamwork capabilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders. Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives and delivering results in a dynamic environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations. Proven knowledge of the full suite of analytical skills needed to execute project work and demonstrated proficiency in advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint. International travel required. Salary: $182,000-190,000 per year* *The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
