Registered Nurse (RN)

Join our dynamic Emergency Room team where you can utilize your nursing skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care, including:

• Developing nursing diagnoses and establishing care objectives
• Implementing defined nursing interventions
• Providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families
• Communicating with patients and families to facilitate understanding of conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
• Monitoring patient conditions and adjusting care plans as needs change

This position requires commitment to a rotating schedule, including:

• 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours
• Mix of days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• On-call duties as scheduled

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years current experience as an ER RN in an acute hospital setting
• Active South Dakota or Compact Registered Nurse license
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and TNCC
• COVID-19 vaccination is highly preferred

• Two supervisory references from within the past year
• Proof of active South Dakota or Compact RN license
• Proof of active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Proof of active American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Proof of active Trauma Nursing Core Course certification
• Documentation of COVID-19 vaccination status (if applicable)
