Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Labor and Delivery / Antepartum unit. This position involves working night shifts (3x12 hours) from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role includes providing high-risk antepartum care for pregnant patients who require close monitoring or specialized treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-risk antepartum care for patients with complications such as high blood pressure, preeclampsia, preterm labor, vaginal bleeding, and multiple pregnancies.
• Monitor and assess patients during high-risk situations leading up to labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Active Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN license.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NRP; Basic Fetal Monitoring is required.
• References from management or supervisory staff in the specialty must be provided.
• Completion of required assessments during orientation is essential.

Work is located in Cleveland, OH. Candidates must comply with health and safety requirements, including COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons. A background check will be conducted.

Travel Compliance

This position is subject to travel compliance requirements. Candidates are required to remain nicotine-free, and drug screening results must be negative for a specified panel.

Professional Development

Traveling nurses who work on continuous contracts are required to complete annual competency requirements. Training and educational modules will be provided and may require additional hours for completion.
