About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial Operations for Antibiotics to lead the enterprise-wide strategy in preparation for the launch of a novel FDA-approved antibiotic. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial operations and sales enablement strategy, including leading sales training, onboarding, and continuous learning programs. This role also involves overseeing CRM systems, building sales tools, and leading pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and gross-to-net planning. The Head of Commercial Operations will be a key partner with finance and market access teams on government pricing and reimbursement activities, and will establish reporting, analytics, and field performance tracking to support the commercial execution and launch readiness. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years' of pharmaceutical commercial experience, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role within sales operations, commercial operations, or sales enablement. Strong expertise in CRM systems, experience in designing and delivering sales training programs, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, and compliance are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospital anti-infectives or antibiotics, with launch experience being strongly preferred. The role requires the ability to travel and demands a professional with a proven track record in managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
