I’m partnering with a large, highly resourced veterinary hospital in California that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to join its established 6-doctor GP team.

This is a unique opportunity to practice high-quality general medicine within a setting that also offers urgent care, ER, and seamless access to in-house specialty support, allowing you to manage interesting cases while never feeling isolated.

The hospital is exceptionally well equipped, offering advanced diagnostics and surgical capabilities rarely found in a GP setting. Facilities include a 64-slice CT scanner , laparoscopy, arthroscopy, endoscopy, and hands-free radiology, enabling clinicians to deliver truly modern, evidence-based care. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, fun-loving team that values teaching, teamwork, and shared success.

This is an excellent environment for new graduates, with structured mentorship and day-to-day support built into the culture, as well as a strong option for experienced veterinarians seeking access to advanced medicine without stepping fully into specialty or ER-only work. The hospital operates 24/7, creating exposure to a wide range of cases while still maintaining strong GP foundations.

About you:

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in California
• Passionate about delivering high standards of patient care

• Empathetic communicator with a team-first mindset
