Ministry Licensing Coordinator

The Ministry Licensing Coordinator provides operational and project-management support for Crossway’s ministry-oriented licensing initiatives, particularly in under-resourced languages and frontier international publishing markets. The Coordinator helps move projects from initial inquiry through contracting, file delivery, publication, and reporting while serving the day-to-day needs of licensees and ministry partners. Skills and Experience High organizational skills, thoroughness, and proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach to partner relationships. Ability to learn licensing processes and contractual requirements, work collaboratively across departments, identify problems proactively, and follow through on commitments. Clear understanding of and agreement with Crossway’s mission, ethos, and standards. Honesty and integrity. Qualifications This is an ON-SITE position. A college degree or equivalent 3-5 years of professional work experience. Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to prioritize a significant volume of work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with international partners. Ability to exercise discretion, maintain accurate records, and manage confidential or contractual information appropriately. Publishing, licensing, international ministry, project-management, or related experience is helpful but not required.
