Senior Product Designer

Job Summary Senior Product Designer as part of the digital product team, responsible for crafting best‑in‑class, customer‑facing digital product experiences. The role blends user experience, human factors, and design strategy to deliver impactful payment solutions. Responsibilities Design and prototype end‑to‑end product experiences, balancing user needs, technical constraints, brand values, and KPIs. Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design vision and provide detailed specifications. Collaborate with user researchers to translate customer insights into design decisions. Research industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality. Drive efficiencies within the product design process and elevate overall design excellence. Apply critical thinking to solve design problems, test assumptions, and push beyond status‑quo solutions. Support the design system with the Design Manager, contributing to components, documentation, and accessibility standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human‑Centered Design, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5years of product design experience, leading projects and creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Proficiency with Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in fintech, designing both B2B and B2C digital products. Leadership or mentorship experience in remote or distributed design teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and accessibility (WCAG, inclusive design). Hands‑on experience building and maintaining large‑scale design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of AI‑enabled product experiences, including design workflows and consumer interactions. Strong systems thinking, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional influence. Compensation Salary Range: $108,300–$196,300 (varies by location; see specific ranges for each state).
