Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network is seeking an RN for Crisis Services to monitor clients, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a 24/7 Crisis Care Center. The role requires an MI RN license, 1 year in behavioral health, a BSN preferred, and full vaccination as a condition of employment.
