Cath Lab Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Cardiac Cath Lab, 4000 Cambridge Ave, Kansas City, KS
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 91 weeks
Schedule: 4×10-hour shifts/week
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Bill Rate: $120/hr before administrative fees

Required Experience

• Cath Lab experience required
• Adult coronary experience required
• Diagnostic & interventional left heart caths
• Right heart caths with/without biopsy
• Structural heart procedures: TAVR, MitraClip, PFO, ASD repair, Watchman
• Vascular procedures: Peripheral run-offs, EVARs, TEVARs

Licenses & Certifications

• ARRT (R), RCVT, or RCIS required
• BLS required
• ACLS required

Additional Requirements

• Weekend: Required
• On-Call: Rotating call with other techs
• Holidays: As needed based on unit needs
• New Graduates: Not accepted
• Floating: None
• Orientation: 2-day TUKHS orientation on Monday & Tuesday during the first week
• Credentials and required labs must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance
• 8-hour non-billable orientation
• Nicotine-free facility
• Bi-weekly pay
• Client may cancel up to 2 shifts/month with at least 2 hours' notice
