Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute trade shows and conferences (booth logistics, shipping, on‑site support, lead capture) to build brand awareness Coordinate creation of marketing content (white papers, website updates, collateral) by working with freelancers or agencies Manage basic digital marketing tasks (LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, website maintenance, and performance tracking) Prepare early sales enablement materials (presentations, one‑pagers, lead tracking spreadsheets) Handle day‑to‑day project management, including promotional review/compliance coordination and asset organization Support overall brand‑building initiatives Qualifications 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, medtech, or healthcare Hands‑on involvement with events or trade shows is a strong plus Familiarity with regulated environments and scientific content is helpful but not required Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva or basic design software, and social media platforms Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field THIS POSITION IS LOCAL TO CHARLESTON SC ONLY.
